The SE Spring Assisted Clip Point Folding Knife with Reaper Pitbull Design is great to have for automotive emergencies, outdoor activities, and even around the house! Some of the advantages of the clip point knife are that it is good for piercing, very sharp with a controllable point, and has plenty of cutting edge for slicing. There is a seatbelt cutter with sharp blade and you can use the window punch as a hammer to shatter glass and break your window. It is important to have one in your car in case of an emergency to quickly escape from a burning, submerged, or wrecked vehicle and save your life or someone else's. Utilize the jimping on the back of the blade with your thumb for more precise and detailed cutting. This product is small enough to store in your briefcase, car door, glove compartment, or purse. The overall length of the knife is 7-7/8", the closed length is 4-5/8", and the length of the blade is 3-2/8". It is a great addition to any bug-out-bag, emergency kit, hiking pack, toolbox, workshop and more! This item has a heavy-duty ABS plastic handle and a blade made of stainless steel. Know your laws and make sure the knife is within reach of the driver's seat
This is a decent knife that you'll probably have to adjust the lock on before you can use it. I've had three knives from this company and the locks didn't work on any of them until I adjusted them. I had to scrape enamel off of the bottom of the blade or the top of the lock, otherwise there isn't enough clearance for the lock to move out automatically. The knife is moderately sharp but you'll probably want to sharpen it when you get it. It's easy to operate and has a belt clip. I haven't tried to break a window with it but the window-breaking tip is comparable to those on other similar devices that I've seen or owned.I got this knife to keep in my car just in case. The one problem is that spring-assisted knives cannot be carried concealed in my state. If I want to keep it where I can reach it during an accident, the best accessible spot in my car is concealed, so I could be in trouble if I got pulled over. I don't even have it in my car right now because I don't entirely know what to do with it. I could clip it to something but I'm worried that it could fly off in an accident, among other things. None of this affects my rating, it's just something to think about. Make sure you know your local laws!

Don't fear the reaper
Pretty decent quality folding knife. It does have a spring assist which works well and locks in place nicely. Knife blade wasn't very sharp but I sharpened it a bit and it's cutting fairly well now. Blade is 440 stainless steel and the knife is mostly metal with plastic panels where the design is. Design is a fairly high quality portrait of the grim reaper and his trusty pit bull pal, just out and about terrorizing the neighborhood as grim reapers are want to do. They have apparently been busy as the top and bottom of the portrait include a nice amount of skulls on full display to show that these two mean business.Aside from the fantastic artwork, this knife has some "life saving" features. A seat belt cutter for escaping the burning wreckage when you flip your Jeep trying to impress your friends and a glass breaker on the bottom which I'm sure no one will ever use to illegally break into a car, but will only use it for an emergency when trapped inside needing to get out. Seriously though, it's nice to have those options and this is a really nice giftable knife for the edgelord or mall ninja in your life that is looking for something a little more adventurous than the average pocket knife.

Good Camping and Tackle Box Knife to Have
The media could not be loaded. The SE Spring Assisted Folding Knife is a great small blade to have in your fishing tackle box or emergency bag. The blade arrives moderately sharpened, so you may need to sharpen it if you plan on cutting things more cleanly or efficiently. The small but thick blade easily cut through fish, fishing line, and nylon ropes. For those who want to keep it in their glove compartments, the blade also comes with an auto glass breaker and a seatbelt cutter. We found the seatbelt cutter to be useful for cutting through small ropes and for assisting when opening boxes as well. The knife easily pops out using the small lever on the side or by pulling the knife open by the edge. The knife locks in the open position until you push the ridged inner mechanism in, however I couldn’t find any kind of locking mechanism for keeping the knife in the closed position. The knife came with no instructions, so if you have no idea how knives like this work, you probably will have to Google it. Overall, as far as pocket knives go, this one cuts effectively and while it looks a little too thug for our family, it does what it’s designed to do well.

3.5 stars
I've got a few of the cheap multi purpose knives and pocket knives laying around the house but have been wanting a larger knife, particularly to keep in one of my motorcycle saddlebags. As far as construction, the knife seems solid. The blade flicks out cleanly and neatly folds back into place every time I've taken the knife out. However I don't feel I can really test this knife out directly out of the box; It's edge is very dull! The point is somewhat sharp but that stands to reason. I have two pocket knives that came sharpened much better than this one did. I only have a coarse whetstone at this time, but since this knife already has a defined edge I think it just needs honing and polishing so I'll have to get some finer grit whetstones and sharpen this knife myself. Also, speaking strictly on personal taste here, I don't care for the Reaper art design that's on the handle. I would prefer a more simple depiction of a Reaper, and a more creative look for the Pitbull. But again, just my personal taste and does not affect the function of the knife whatsoever.

Nice looking, durable, sharp, useful
I received this knife specifically to write a review. That said, I try to be honest and open in all my reviews.(Please see the enclosed pictures.)This is a very nice knife with a lot of handy features. The small bar on the side can be used to open the blade quickly one-handed. The blade itself is razor sharp, and the end for breaking glass and the inset for cutting through cord or belt is well designed. In addition to the utilitarian features, this knife looks nice. This could be a great gift as well as a handy tool to have around the house.I highly recommend this product.
