Q: Does this come with a spinner hook?

It does but we have lots of wind where we are & the hook wast to small causing the sock to twist & spinner to break. We got a heftier one at a local fishing supply store. Otherwise love this

Its on amazon ..but that pole doesnt work well already tried it ..

Yes, you can. I changed my spinner hook to a marine grade one that is commonly used for fishing.

Q: your ad says it's 16", your picture says it's 60", and your description says it's 31.5" so which is it?

I believe what they mean is the opening of the sock is 16 inches and the full length is 60 inches. No sure where the other measurement fits in. Works well!
