麺の弾力があるせいで完全な丸い断面の麵にはならないけど 純正の角ばった麺のカッターだとペペロンチーノ作っても中華のチャーメンと区別がつかない症状からは解放されました 中華麺とパスタ作る人は最初にセットで買った方がいいと思うよ
