I was absolutely surprised when I received the product. You understand its quality when you first touch it. First of all, the material is so durable. It won't easily break even if it falls down lots of times. And the sound quality is unbelievable! It is just so tiny but both records and plays in unbelievable sound quality! It is louder than my iPhone! :) Great tool for sound recording and even playing!

Love the compactness and the audio quality of this product. It is being used for meetings that I have to transcribe (dictate). Holds a charge and it is very inconspicuous.

However, this device could benefit from polishing the software OS. More attention to detail in this area required including with documentation.

I like the small size and the button placement of the device. Makes it easier to use. It has a premium look which I like a lot. Sound quality looks great even if I haven’t had the opportunity to test it in different environments.

I purchased to record meetings in a small room. Very poor quality recording and could never get sound increased to where I could hear the replay except right next to my ear. Instructions are hard to follow also. Might just be me - but sorry I purchased. Had a problem early and Amazon was great but can’t use this for what I wanted. Phone works much better.

Didnt tape on two separate important occasions when I needed. Believed it to be taping but it didn't.

I wanted to understand the lessons at school better. I wanted to record the lessons and listen to them later at home. At first I tried with my phone but I was not very pleased with the result since the classes are very big. I was happy with the resulting quality of this audio recording device. I can hear my teacher's voice very clearly. Microphone quality is really good.
