Turbo Jam 5 Rockin Workouts (TurboJam)

This is my favorite workout! I have lost nearly 100 pounds doing turbo jam and incorporating healthy eating habits, along with weights and running. Chalene's Turbo Jam is the DVD I turn to when I need a boost of happiness to keep me motivated and smiling during the workout! Cardio Party is a great way to start or end your day, it will leave you breathless and sweating!

I bought this dvd after reading reviews on another site. I have been using it for about 3 weeks now and it is a great workout. It really makes you sweat, and Chalene brings great energy to the workout. Overall fun. I will update you all on my weight loss...stay tuned. :)

This is a great video. It is my favorite kickboxing video. These two videos have everything you need to keep or get in shape. It has cardio and strength training. I love the ab workout with the 20 minute cardio. These 2 disc give you tons on options for when you have time and when you are short on time.

My product was in great condition. I love Chalene Johnson and can't wait to get skinny again 🤭😁 I have used this in the past and it worked to help burn fat along with healthier eating habits.

Easy to follow workouts, variety of workout choices

The dvd does not play well. I have a really hard time getting it to work. Very disappointed.

Arrived a few days later than promised, but this was expected with things coming by Canada Post.Overall, I was pleased with the DVD. It is exactly what I wanted to replace old VHS tapes.Good value

Finally got around to open this DVD collection and there was only one DVD in the case and not the one I wanted. Total rip off!!

Turbo Jam is a lot of fun. When I am done a workout I am exhilarated and feel good.
