The product does exactly as described along with the fact that product quality is also good. The massager has option for both full back massage and even specific part (upper or lower). Even the glute massager feels great after a long day of work or heavy gym session. Would definitely recommend this to people looking for a massager.

We are very familiar with the Grin Health brand and love their other massage products. We found this neck and back chair massager and all I can say is WOW! This massager rocks. Value is fantastic, gives a strong massage, very durable and can easily be taken around the house or travel with ease. The option is fantastic and soothing. The remote is super easy to use and all of the settings are easy to adjust from the remote. The time option with auto shut down is favorite settings of my parents .For the price, quality and the many massage options like upper , lower and full back this is an absolute must for your body. My family highly recommends this neck and back massager.

Hurts back v bad, v hard on back . A massager should make u comfortable. This is highly uncomfortable product n not returnable n no offer on the product.

It's a good massager, with a good number of variations. However short people will need to make adjustments as the next massaging knobs cannot be adjusted.

The 6 pairs (12 in all) globes on the machine adequately "kneed" your back across a wide area, pressing the key acupressure points in the back2. It comes with different "modes" which means it has different movements or patterns programmed into the machine. That ensures the same part of the back is not over exposed. See video. I guess it has atleast 3 modes!3. The massager is robust in its built with a strong solid back. You could keep it a slant position against the wall and lean back on it too.4. Elastic back strap to hook this to any chair. Cannot fix on a sofa, though!5. The red color nodes make this product look very cool ! See video!6. Yes it generates latent heat on your back though you won't feel the heat if you touch the nodes! Infrared I guess !Cons-1. The nodes can feel a bit hard on some folks who have delicate backs. People who prefer "kaduk" massage will love this more.2. The black nylon material which covers the nodes (through which you see the red light) may wear out after sometime since the nodes not only rotate a but but also move! If that happens then what? Guess will have to use without the cover !3. How I wish there was a handle at the top to carry it!4. The position of the on-off and the mode button is inconveniently placed to operate while you are seated with your back on the massager.5. The charging cable needs to be longer!6. For the price, they could give some case to store this when not in use!**Tips-1. Depending on your size and comfort you may need to re-position the massager slightly up or down.2. Dont place it against your bones on your back. The nodes have to massage the muscles or flesh around the bones.3. If you find the nodes too hard, put a blanket of appropriate thickness on your back.4. Dont overdo the massage - 15mins default of the massager has been provided for a reason. 15mins of massage will tickle your back and that's more than sufficient!**Warning -1. Inside clothes are very poor quality, after few days it was damaged and blocked the rolller movement. It has to be improved.
