Thank goodness.I am experimenting with the Carnivore Diet and made cloud bread with this.CLOUD BREAD RECIPEIngredients-Egg whites from 6 fresh eggsEgg white protein powder - 1/3 cupBeef gelatin - 2 tablespoonsSalt - 1/2 teaspoonCream of tartare - 1/2 teaspoonWHIP all the ingredients together until stiff peaks form.Place on parchment paper.Place in oven at 325 degrees for 15 mins.I’m fine with it’s plain white appearance, but if you want it more toasted or “bread-like” you can do the following.* Keep it in oven for a little longer if you want a toasted light brown bread that is slightly crisper.*OR add a little allulose if you want the bread to look brown just like toasted bread.*Not my recipe. I found this recipe on YouTube as shared by Maria Emmerich🍞The video does not do justice to how good this tastes when crafted into a sandwich :)It makes outstanding bread, with a soft chewy texture that is just like bread.It has no flavour just like white bread. Except that this is a SUPER HEALTHY version of bread that you can eat to your heart’s content.PERFECTION.I’m buying more :)

Good, clean protein, without the junk. I use many different protein supplements every day and this is my favorite. It adds a creamy texture and tasts great in smoothies.

There are a lot of my recipes I make that call for egg white powder. I went with this one because there are a lot of others that have lots of additives and I just wanted straight-up egg whites without all the other junk. I haven't noticed a real strong eggy flavor as you have with some of the other egg white powders or any chalky residue at all. I also don't eat this alone. So there might be a slight eggy flavor if you decided to eat it alone for some reason? Maybe a meringue? I don't know lol. I am always mixing it into things and it turns out great! Got these as a way to increase my protein intake when working out. I’ve had them before and they were just alright so I thought I’d give them another try; and they’re really just alright.Protein powders aren’t supposed to taste great, they’re supposed to help you bulk, but I’m a big baby and didn’t love the way they clumped up in my smoothie or didn’t dissolve in water. I got mine Unflavored because I don’t like flavored powders, and that may have made it worse. Maybe it’s all user error (which I wouldn’t doubt!). But overall, they weren’t my favorite.

I put a tiny bit of this powder in my cereal in the morning there is no taste but great to have, being a nurse I can honestly say protein is very important

I usually use Jay Rob egg white powder and thought I would give this one a try in my morning shake. I was excited to try something different. I basically switched because the price point was better. Well to my surprise when I opened the bag there was an off odor and why would the EGG WHITE powder be yellow. I still pushed on and made a shake as usual, same ingredients as I have for many years. Well, the odor and now the off taste did not go away. Yes, the bag does not reclose as many have stated.Believe me I cannot use this product for fear that I am ingesting something that has spoiled or has been somehow miss handled.Of course I purchased the 3lb bag which really does sting because that is 89.99, not a small price to pay for something that will end up in the landfill.I have contacted the company, of course via email because they don't list a number and am awaiting a return call. I understand that Amazon will not return this which I totally get but maybe they need to reach out to the supplier to let them know there may be an issue with this item.Common sense says that if something is only egg WHITES they why is it yellow??????????I have never been disappointed in anything I have purchase from AMAZON. All I know is I will NEVER purchase this product again and will be going back to JayRob.

And so hard to find! Great mixability, clean protein, dissolves easily. However I use it mostly in baking to add protein to various dishes. I might add it as a booster to my protein drinks. I find it pretty much tasteless.
