Prime-9 Cleaning KIT 9MM

This is an awesome little gun cleaning kit. So compact you can throw it in a bag and take it to the range or with you anywhere you go. I used it once so far to Clean Glock 43x and the pads are of great quality and the rods and brushes worked flawlessly. I do have one minor complaint. There are some plastic attachments that screw into the cleaning rod. So be careful when screwing it in. It’s plastic threads and they can get stripped very easily. But if you’re careful should be just fine. It’s a nice kit and will last a long time to come and for the price it’s a Great deal. Happy cleaning. 🧹

This kit comes with everything needed to clean your personal handgun, both at home, and on the go. The small footprint of the case allows it to easily pack, the disposable small towels are replaceable and have a helpful retaining clip. I have used it multiple times and like how easy it is to put next to my cleaning mat and get to town!

Its really all you need for a field strip cleaning

Just received it today, but I'm impressed. I bought this for the portability to take with me and the ease of keeping something small like this nearby my edc gun. The design is well thought out and everything you really need is included. Would be perfect for a starter, or even for someone like myself who's more experienced and knows that cleaning kits only need to be functional not expensive! This kit is certainly functional. I can't tell you how many brushes and heads I've lost over the years, so this case is going to make a huge difference and moreover, it means I don't have to break out the big kit with all kinds of tools and in multiple calibers when I only need this one size. All of that said I do have some criticisms. Firstly, its not the highest quality...not that it's bad, but I can see some leftover scaling from where the plastic was molded. Okay, it was $12 what do you expect? Secondly, and more concerning, I would have liked to have had a plastic cleaning rod. The rod is black metal, I assume aluminum or something. I prefer plastic because its easier on the gun but a soft metal won't really hurt it either. It's just since the pick, head attachments, and brushes were all plastic already, it wouldn't have taken much to provide a plastic rod as well. On the bright side, this one won't break as easily so again, I guess it's a double-sided coin. Overall I'm impressed.

This kit specifically for 9mm is very portable. It is compact and has everything you need for a quick cleaning while at the range. What I like (works for me): Very compact - the cleaning rod is heavy duty metal and comes with a nice detachable handle. The kit contains an assortment of brushes The case is sturdy and I like the way it organizes everything. The pick and attachment for the pads are plastic. Time will tell if these hold up with average use. Speaking of use, I use this kit about once or twice a month if I do not break out my full kit.

It has just about everything I need to clean my 9mm in a convenient case. The pic tool worked very well for getting the carbon off the tip of my barrel and I used it with a cloth to really clean the slide rails , the brushes work , the cloth dispenser is a nice feature. The one and only thing I don't like and did change about this kit is that the push rod is a solid piece and doesn't rotate when pushing it through the barrel, so I swapped it with one I've had for the last 12 years that does rotate. If they made that one change for this kit it would be perfect.

I’ve used this product a handful of times to clean my Glock 45 Gen 5 MOS with custom aftermarket parts and it’s been great to have! The toolset is comprehensive and high quality. I would recommend getting 99% isopropyl alcohol, bore cleaning solution, gun oil and a microfiber cloth to have a complete maintenance kit but this covers most of your bases for a very fair price.

Kit fantastico, presenta tutti gli accessori necessari per una corretta pulizia dell’arma, unico difetto le pezzuole sembrano un pochino piccole, ma di ottima qualità in quanto non lasciano pelucchi.

Je traîne avec Real Avid depuis un bail et ce Prime 9 ne faillit pas à sa réputation. Compact, bien foutu et suffisamment complet pour décrasser un 9 mm ou un .38/.357 sans se prendre la tête. Pour 25 €, les brosses bronze et coton, grattoirs, pousses-chiffons et compartiment à patchs font le boulot sans rougir. L’emballage est propre, la boîte agréable en main, mais le loquet fait un peu mou du genou : ça ne s’est jamais ouvert dans mon sac, mais si tu transportes ça façon rodéo, prends-le en compte. Le seul bémol, c’est les écouvillons en plastique. Ça respire le cheap et ça donne envie de les manipuler avec des gants. J’aurais préféré du métal. Ceci dit, après une dizaine d’utilisations, rien n’a cassé. Au final, rapport qualité/prix honnête, format compact, complet et assez robuste pour te suivre au stand. À garder dans le sac et à ressortir sans réfléchir.

La varilla es de acero forrado, pero es deficiente. El material salta con mirarlo y no es normal que en dos usos esté rallado!!! se supone que está hecho para lo que está hecho, pero sin embargo, en nada expone el acero pudiendo dañar el cañon... Un desproposito.
