I just bought this item at the end of February. It was water resistant at the beginning, because the material is similar to umbrella. It served only 3 months, but now already has holes. For an outdoor cover this is made of cheap light material. Unhappy and disappointed.

This is the second I’ve purchased with the same poor results. This one was purchased one year ago, and 5 months of that year, the cover was stored off the chair.

This cover will not last one summer. Don't waster your money.

This is a very fine material, not heavy at all!!! Buyers beware. After one storm it's already ripping. =(
