I am a type 2 diabetic and was having nighttime cramp in my legs throughout the night , someone told me to try magnesium, but before I took them I consulted my doctor , he said I was ok to take them . I ordered these magnesium tablets one before, and took one 1 hour before bed with just a small snack, I was amazed I didn’t have any cramp all night I am still going to take one every night untilli know it’s gone , it still might help my legs get stronger with my walking , I would recommend them easy to swallow ._xx

Uses the poorest absorbing form of Magnesium which is Oxide
The type of magnesium inside (magnesium oxide) is the cheapest and worst-absorbed form there is. Studies suggest your body only takes in a small fraction of it, possibly under 10%, so most of the 300mg on the label never reaches your bloodstream. The rest passes through your gut, where it mostly acts as a mild laxative. If you're taking this because of low magnesium levels, be aware that this form absorbs too poorly to be a good fix. Forms like magnesium citrate or bisglycinate cost a bit more but deliver several times more magnesium into your body per tablet, and are generally the recommended choice for topping up levels.
