The Deftones: School of Brilliant Things

Its the same DVD as "Death by Decibels" and they both kinda suck.

I don't know what the people who decided to produce this DVD were thinking, but School of brilliant things, in no way, has the slightest relevance to the real band or their views & opinions on their early years. This DVD consists of interviews with a bunch of people who think they're best friends with the band just cos they jammed with them or shared a flat. Like what the hell. Do yourself a favour & steer clear of s*** like this. Wait for an official DVD to come out.

Also meiner Meinung nach ist diese DVD höchstens für 5€ anzubieten.Im Prinzip geht es bei der DVD um die Anfänge von Deftones in Sacramento und ihren weiteren Karriereverlauf bis zum Self-titled-Album. Dabei werden nur enge Freunde/Verwandte oder Tour-Manager befragt. Es ist nicht ein Interview mit den Band-Mitgliedern dabei. Außerdem gibt es nicht einmal Musik der Deftones zu hören.Es gibt zwar einpaar recht nette Hintergrund-Infos und Fotos, aber dabei bleibt es leider auch.Nicht wirklich empfehlenswert.

Ne surtout pas acheter ce DVD. Ce n'est absolument pas un DVD officiel et c'est limite de l'amateurisme. Tout est en anglais non sous - titré et les morceaux joués dans ce DVD ne sont même pas ceux de Deftones !A FUIR !!
