pros and cons..an Okay product.
I have been taking this for almost a week now. This product does give energy like drinking a few cups of coffee but it does last id say for about 5-6 hours? Con of this product would be the first hour i feel jittery pounding heart also get hot and cold flashes which is strange? eventually i get used to the effect. Good note is I haven't felt any crash symptoms. It seems to slowly decrease as the day goes on. Id say if it wasnt for the itial effects thr first hour. I would rate it higher.
