Great product at great price
Going to use these for a rail on a bookcase that I’m building to support a rolling ladder that will be attached. Exactly what I was looking for.

Nice sturdy bars
They were panted a nice mate black color so I didn't have to paint them for my project. I used them to make a blanket ladder and they were perfect. It's also nice they sell the painted end caps as well. Would definitely use for future projects due to their lighter weight and already being painted.

clean but threads are marginal.
clean and straight.....but too light weight to be used anywhere except closet. not real plumbing pipes. the threads are minimal and not as many as needed to 'bottom' out in the joints. so your joints will be weak.not acceptable for pipe clamps. the worst was a dunning letter I got next day from the seller begging for feedback.........says he is a new small family business in USA -- what? storefront is China and founded in 2010. some kind of scam here.

works!
I'm using these as a support from a basement joint. Wanted something closer to real pipe without having to thread myself. They are doing the job thus far and they are held up by a cast iron piece. No flex or bends and are doing the job. Not the typical decorative use, but I will also probably use the other ones in the set for a curtain rod, or part of one, once I paint it. Sturdy enough to support the weight.

I have purchased many off these posts for DIY projects! They are strong and sturdy and look great… a bit hard to turn into connectors due to the paint on the treads but an easy fix.The last pack l bought was disappointing only 3 of the 6 posts was in the box and one wasn’t even threaded!! But again returned, refunded and re ordered no big deal 😁Will definitely be buying more
