I have plantar fasciitis and these trainers came up as one of the best to wear with this condition. I ordered the US 11 which is a UK 9 just to be safe, im usually an 8/9. The trainers look amazing and feel comfy but they are definitely not a UK 9 as i hardly have any wiggle room. Fairly disappointing. Im hoping with thin socks they will be ok.

I finally found a shoe with exactly what I need for my zumba. I was researching other types and settled on these. I am so glad that I did. The arch support is amazing, I have flat feet. I need a good toe box to not squeeze the top of the foot. They also have a different bottom that allows for all those twists and turns for zumba, there is a circle on the bottom that helps. I feel like I am in love with this shoe. :-)

I like dance fitness but my back and feet were hurting with my other shoes. These came recommended by other dance fit friends. I feel so good in these after any type of workout (I do HIIT as well).

Use this shoes only on the dance floor. They have been amazing for privitng and they are lightweight. They are True to the size, the width is great for me because I have E width feet and I normally wear 11 in women shoes. I wish there a little more arch support but there is some. I will order more these.

These shoes are awesome for dance or Zumba, with great arch and cushion support, but I rated as a 4 because, like many Ryka sneakers, they run a little small.
