Color is a little darker of a red and im too fat for the thick part to wrap completely around me (size16) but even with that it still looks beautiful and if you have a bow of any sort on your back no one really notices there's a gap.

People were saying not to worry about the reviews saying it’s child sized- no, it legitimately is.I’m a 5’0 woman at a normal weight for me height and it will not wrap around me, not to mention the width is EXTREMELY small.This is for children or EXTREMELY small people!!

Each tie strap is 38 inches long, the waist wrap is 26 inches long and 4 inches wide. I have a 38-inch waist. The waist wrap is not long enough to go all the way around my torso, which I hoped it would do, leaving a 12-inch gap at my back, but the ties are certainly long enough to tie from back to front. Just beautiful material, well sewn--a simple pattern. You would have to be extremely slim, or a child, for the ends of this belt to meet together at your back. Would've preferred to have this belt longer instead of such a wide gap in the back. Think I'll just purchase kimono fabric and create my own, to get the belt and its width the size that will fit me.

It looks beautiful, just as pictured..... except I thought it was pink with white flowers looking at the picture, but it's actually red with gold flowers. So it really doesn't match what I bought it to go with. I would have given five stars for the product itself, but the picture color is ssssooooo far off. And there was no description that said pink or gold or red or white or any color at all. That would have really helped if it had. I also wanted to order a size bigger, but couldn't get a hold of anyone to do that. I'm 5'2 110lb and I wanted the wide part to go all the way around my waist. There was a measurement written down in the description though, so I knew exactly how it would fit and decided to go with it anyways. And it still looks okay even with the gap, but the color is just completely different the picture

I love wearing an obi. Was looking forward to receiving this. I am an average size woman. I wear a medium in most things. This obi is so small it did not go around my waist enough to wear it. Too bad because pretty. I have no idea what adult could wear this. Threw in trash. Too bad.

Pros: I can definitely reuse the material to make something else.Cons: Sized for a child (tiny).Other thoughts: Probably my bad for not looking more carefully at measurements, if there were any. However, this should really have a (children's size) tag or something.

Smaller than expected. Won't wrap around as it should.

Like the style not as thick as I thought
