**Q: Where is the fire starter located at on the knife?**
A: There is a ferro rod on the whistle, its feels like a metal rod thats painted black, you have to scrap the black paint off using the area on the back of the blade to scrape it kinda the way a lighter works when making a spark when scraping the flint, you can view videos on how to use a ferro rod and you will see what it is.

**Q: How do you fold the knife**
A: Hold the knife pointing away from you so you are looking at the cutting edge of the blade. Near the blade pivot point is a metal spring - its part of the liner and locks the blade in place when fully open.  It has a wavy edge about 3/4 inch long.  Press that piece out of the way to the left of the blade and then you can fold the blade back to a closed position.

**Q: difference between clam and box?**
A: Nothing is different with the product. One comes in the plastic clam shell and the other comes in a little paper box probably like a collector would prefer.

**Q: What country makes this knife?**
A: I was unable to locate any "Made in xxxx" stamp on mine.
