So this is my third one of these and alls I can say is I love how far technology has come. I have an issue with my 2 older kids hiding things. This last round of sickness that swept through the house was really bad. I thought the kids lost my original head thermometer (I found batteries and the battery cover in the cushions of the couch and the thermometer itself in the basement under the sink)so I picked up this one as a spare. After collecting the pieces of the other one I wanted to see if this one I spent $40 less on could even remotely come close in accuracy and I was shocked. This one gave the same temp readings in roughly the same time! I am honestly shocked with the test results and glad to have a spare if problems arise in the future.

Perfect product; it comes with a collect bag, easy to carry. It is easy to use, and response so quick. You use it measure through foreahead or eaedrum just take off cover. I like this thermometer. Also may turn off beep it s great to use when detect eardrum temperature; at night u wont weak kid up by a beep.

I always worry about getting correct temps because other digital thermometers don’t seem to be consistent. This one seems to be consistent for both ear and forehead temps. I’ve tested it out on my son, husband and myself and works better than several others I’ve used. Would definitely recommend!

I bought this after losing my first one and I regret purchasing. Not only does this thermometer not work, but it doesn’t beep or even read the temperature. I brought it to the doctors office I work with to test it out on the other girls, to see if they could get it to work, but nope. Broken.

I was completely shocked when I 1st tried this thermometer! Before I read the directions, I put the batteries (that were INCLUDED) into the thermometer, and turned it on; based on it's name, I placed the end on my granddaughter's forehead and tapped the bottom button, and in less than 2 seconds (NO EXAGERATION) it gave me a reading!! I wanted to make sure it was working, so I used my grandson as a 2nd "test subject" and AGAIN, it gave me a super quick reading (slightly different from my granddaughter's)… What an AWESOME gadget!! I wish this was around when my kids were growing up, it would have made my life a lot easier when any of them got sick! Better late than never! Also this comes in a handy cinched travel bag to always have with you when traveling, and it fits into the side pocket of my pocketbook (great for a diaper bag too)!

This product is great! It’s great to have when you have kids and need to know their temperature. I had a kid one time to needed to have their temperature checked and I reached for this bad boy. Next thing I knew Bobby was running a serious fever. Long story short I’ve got six kids now but this baby thermometer really did the trick.

Horrible instructions & button graphics. You have to hold the top button with the power symbol (even when on, you think you would be powering it off) to take the temp — not the bottom button marked “M” - definitely doesn’t stand for “Measure”. Instructions (poorly translated Chinese) are worthless. Took me a long time to figure out how it should work in the middle of a medical emergency - FRUSTRATING. Once figured out, seems to work fine.

Inaccurate temperature. I am returning it. Sometimes, my temperature is like hypothermia, below 33 degree Celsius.
