It work great with medical tape! But thats not Included.
Not pretty, but it works. The smallest orange bands work best for the tiny ones. You need to find some good medical water proof fabric based tape and cover the immediate area for a couple days until it falls off. This does two things..., keeps the band from falling off from rubbing, and also keeps the area clean while its working. A dab of Muroprocin creme helps keep germs to a minimum if thats an issue for you in close skin contact places.

Great for dog skin tags!
Didn't use it as described...but it worked great, my dog had a large skin tag on her leg that she kept tearing, I found this and thought what can it hurt, let me tell you it did it's job! Easy to place on the skin tag, the tag dried up and fell off and hasn't been back, love it!

Too difficult to use
Bands Kept breaking and it was hard to slip them onto the tag.

A little painful…
They work great but the prongs can carve into your skin a little and hurt you (5 out of 10 on pain scale). The tiniest bands don’t work if you have smaller skin tags but if you wrap them twice on the prong they actually work well. However the closer those prongs get to your skin, the more it can hurt—takes a few seconds to wrap the band on skin tag so the pain takes as long as you can wrap it. Requires someone else to help you for most skin tags. Bottom line is that they work. Tags will fall off in a few days.

Amazing!
This is amazing!! Took me a second to get it down, but after a few minutes of practice it’s so easy to use, and works AMAZING! I had 2 large skin tags and after one week with the rubber bands on they fell off with zero pain at all.

Works but buyer…be ready.
I bought this contraption because I’m too cheap and was simultaneously embarrassed to see a dermatologist. Thankfully my wife still loves me enough to boldly go where few have ever gone on my…ball bag. I HAD 3 unsightly tags where the beans hang out and 3 on the inner thigh. After about 1 week, 3 are gone. Adding some dental floss sealed the deal on the other aliens and my skin today looks like nothing happened. That said, ready yourself for the pain in that region. Cancel all fun time for about 2 weeks. Secondly, words can not do justice for the foul odor that rotting flesh baked in a warm sweat infested region can produce. You will gag when you drop your drawers and I was up to 3 showers a day. That said…for the cheap investment, core memory made, and silky smooth coin purse….I’d say it was a job well done. Mission complete. Good luck soldiers.

Bands don’t hold. Too loose
It’s a great idea but the bands are too large. They do not hold on to small skin tags. Most skin tags are small. Even if you can double wrap the bands they are still loose. Tighter bands would make this a five star.
