Great training gummies.
I love these gummies, the pack is easy to open, dummies easy to access when running. With the different flavours you dont get bored either. I will use a full pack during a half marathon, gives me enough of a carb boost to power me up to the finish line.

Not especially easy to swallow, but taste nice
I like the taste of these, and this may be a particular foible of mine, but I didn't find I could quickly chew and swallow them while cycling. They are more chewie than equivalent sugar sweets, and have an amazing ability to stick to teeth. These are great for your dentist, though. I wont buy them again for those reasons, and will keep looking for ways to refuel on lengthy (200km+) rides without destroying my teeth.
