Let me start by saying that this thing was awesome...while it lasted. I was fascinated with the variety of movements that could be performed with it. The movement that I liked the most was a simulated hand bike motion. I really liked the way this made my wrists and elbows feel. I was looking forward to experimenting with this thing, but after several uses one of the wooden handles came off. I contacted the company and they were quick to offer up a replacement, but I opted for the return. I believe that this item needs better handles and I felt getting a replacement would only lead to another broken handle down the road...for $200 I was not willing to take the chance. I would be open to give this thing another chance, if I see a future model with design improvements.

Not enough resistance disappointed

Very heavy on its own. Been enjoying the workout range of movement it allows you to do. Doing it for 20 minutes even on the lowest settings its quite a mission so i crank up the resistance and shoot for smaller series of time during the day. 4 minute sessions is my preferred workout time. Would highly recommend if you're serious with your gear. Since it isn't cheap go in with the idea that if you're not serious about working out your grip and forearms that this isn't for you.

This is definitely a great tool for training the forearms and grip. I love it so much. But after training with it after 2 months, one of the wooden handles came off unexpectedly. I have to screw it back before I wanna to train again.

Excellent seller, product work's as described. The seller communication is second to none, pleasure to deal with, highly recommend.

Didn't have exact this one, but similar model with same handles. If someone have an issue, just super-glue it. Very easy to fix, will be like new. Using a while with super-glued handles with no problems at all. (and old handles off (wooden part) after 1-2+ years of intensive training). So, it's not bad and not "cheap" built like in some reviews.

I have the Bison and love it- I will add this. There is nothing else I have seen which gives such a range of twists and exercises our wrists and forearms in so many planes. As another user says the hand-cycling motion is wonderful.
