This faja is everything! I had a BBL on February 27 and the garment I bought there was too big within 10 days. I bought another faja in Miami but the butt was too tight and made my new fat grafts squeeze too much, so I cut the butt out. It is now too big, so I bought the salome faja in a medium, but the waist was cutting into me and leaving creases. The straps were also very uncomfortable near the armpit area. I had upper arm lipo and inner thigh lipo, so I decided on this faja because it had sleeves and long legs. While my thighs look smaller, my arms do not. I'm hoping the compression from this faja over the next few weeks will help them. This faja does not have a super tight waist, but enough for medium compression. I am going to put my foams in for more compression at night and maybe I'll get it taken in later. The sleeves are past the elbow, and the legs are capri length. Swelling after surgery moves down so the compression in the legs is perfect. The butt is also lighter material and doesn't squeeze if you have a BBL. Even though I was hesitant because of the price, I should have just bought this faja from the beginning. Please consider this one if you get a BBL! One thing I will say is that it runs true to size. I ordered a small and was debating small or medium when ordering because most fajas run VERY SMALL. This one does not. I wore a 6-8 pant before surgery and am now a 4. I ordered a small and a medium would have been too big.

Finally!!! I had to order 3 separate fajas from 3 different sellers before I finally found this one that fit right the first time. My problem is that though I’m plus size, I am short and very curvy. I found that other fajas do not “pinch” the right places. The stomach was always too large. The breast too tight. The legs too long. I like that this one is essentially a whole body suit. I got lipo to my bra area, thighs, knees and a bbl. So it was important to have even compression everywhere and I feel like a lot of fajas completely miss that mark. The surgery garment I had was too loose within days since I also got lymphatic massages.I am so happy to have found this. It fit perfectly, with exception to my rear. Was just a little too tight there to wear now because I don’t want too much compression there on the bbl. But this will be a perfect phase 2 faja in a few weeks. I was so impressed I sent photos to my surgeon like listen this is what you need to give your patients lol

This is the third garment I have bought since my surgery three weeks ago. The others were too short in the legs and sleeves which left indentations in my arms and legs. This garment is tight and makes you feel secure but not too tight to wear it’s uncomfortable to move around.It has some kind of perfume or sent built into the material which was surprising to me. I guess it’s so that the garment remains Fresh even though you have to wear it constantly. I had Lightbow in my thighs back arms and waste along with a BBL three weeks ago. The butt of this garment is stretchy and doesn’t compress the buttocks too much but I wish that part was more like mesh or a littler bigger. The size chart is also accurate. I ordered a large. I wore a size 14 in clothing preop.

I am 5’2” 145lbs I have thick thighs and upper arms so that was a bit of a challenge when initially putting on but once it is on it provides the best support and just the right compression. This faja is made well and the inner layer of fabric eliminates the lines I also used lipo foam on the under arm area to eliminate the lines there and it works great! I started out with the xl to provide lighter more natural compression post lipo but now that swelling is gone I’m using a small and it is perfect!!

I'm 5'1, 137 Ibs, waist 36, and I bought a large. The torso fits comfortably snug enough but I expect it to squeeze me when I swell after surgery and with foam boards inside- this was my plan for buying a size large. The thighs could be tighter and it's meant for taller people since it goes way beyond my knees and is very loose from the knee down. The arms... forget it since it fit like a blouse. No compression in in the arms at all so I can tailor it to be "tighter." The quality of the material is excellent and strong. The fabric is very comfortable inside with a "antibacterial" lining. The seams are outside so then won't dig into the skin. So I expected to tailor this to my body frame I understand a company can't custom fit this but 4 stars for the arms being loose, really really loose

If you have not had lipo or a procedure and are using this piece for body shaping and looking smaller in your clothes, good luck trying to get into one. I suggest going up 1-2 sizes than what you normally would wear regardless of what other reviewers have said. They mainly had surgery and their going by their old weight when making the purchase. I asked questions and people told me to go with a Large because I wear a size 11-12. Not true at all! Very high quality piece and it looks like it will be great in the right size. Exchanging this and hoping I can get it in time for my 50 birthday bash where I want to conceal some back rolls and my tummy.

I had a lot of swelling post surgery especially above and below the abdominal binder my surgeon had me wearing. My thighs are larger than normal due to excessive swelling. I originally purchased another faja which stopped mid thigh and caused a lot of pressure. I purchased this one with the idea of reducing and equalizing the swelling. This is GREAT. According to the measurement chart I should have ordered a large due to hip measurement but everything else didnt match the large measurement. I ordered a small. It was hard to put up easy on the thighs at first (like new skinny jeans) but was able to put on the garment. I can breathe and there are no points where my circulation is cutting off as in the previous garment. I do wear the lipfoam underneath. I wish they had the black in small because the nude is more obvious under my clothes for me. The fabric is great. I don't prefer to wear the chest strap (a little odd to me).
