Alcohol Ink Paper Roll - Heavyweight Synthetic Paper (24"x50", 200gsm) - Extra Smooth Non-Porous Surface for Alcohol Ink, Watercolor, and Mixed Media Art

I purchased this to use with alcohol inks. It definitely works well, but, as others have said, it comes in a roll, and is very difficult to flatten out. The only way I have found is to tape it down, which is not ideal. But, for $21 CAD for a roll, you can't beat it.

I love this product it was such a great price for the size of paper. I ordered it twice!!The paper was kind of sensitive. I had touched it with my alcohol droplet, and it made a scratch in the paper.That could not be covered with ink.I would still recommend it. Just be careful to touch it with paper towel droplet etc.

I liked the size of the paper, but I found that after a little bit of wiping (I used it for alcohol inks) the surface of the paper started to disintegrate. Once that happened, the surface was no longer slick, and the paper reacted very differently to the inks. Be cautious when using this paper. Also, since it's long (60 inches) it had to be rolled up in a tube to ship. I understand this, but it was super tight and hard to unroll. You'll definitely have to tape it down firmly to be able to use it.

This really didn't work very well with the ink that my daughter has. She said that the ink didn't dry to the paper.

I used this yupo paper for a 2ftx4ft wood project. Not only was it hard to peel (not sure why the yupo has adhesive to begin with) but it left wrinkles EVERYWHERE! The alcohol ink was OK on it but if you go to wipe the paper using alcohol, the top coating or layer of the paper seems to come off which is really noticeable and hard to cover up. If I were you I would spend a little extra money for better quality. This paper would probably be better for smaller projects.

I really like this paper. I read some of the reviews and was worried, so i cut off a piece and started playing with it, with my alcohol ink. It definitely reacts different from Yupo paper, but it definitely has a place with alcohol ink. The piece in my photo is 20x20 and mounted on an artist panel.

This is large scale paper, but if you are used to Yupo, forget everything you know. I was able to get it to work for my purposes. FYI, you want to apply paint to the inside of the curve, not the outside (the paper is different on inside vs out). Getting it to fully flatten was a hurculean ordeal. I never got it fully there, but got close by applying masking tape are the full edge and taping to my counter.There were tiny creases all along the page, that caused the ink to flow oddly. Also, I was never able to get the ink to move and blend like yupo.Long answer: yes it works, but it's not what you would expect.

Awesome quality. Thickness does respond to heating if you aren’t careful but overall the best deal you can find on yupo from legion

lo que mas me gusto es que no deja mancha la tinta, puedes quitar toda la tinta con alcohol y empezar de nuevo.

Me gustó el tamaño, no me gustó que está un poco arrugado o maltratado, supongo que es porque lo enrollaron muy apretado
