Not a bad way to get in some daily servings of fruit, but its not much and people really need more fruit than just a small cup probably. Tastes very good. For a similar cost people can probably find a bunch of fresh mandarin oranges to eat.

A bit sweet. But really, not bad. I haven't tested blood sugar readings after sampling this, but expect it to be good for diabetes. As well, is should be good for those on the keto diet. What I really like, if they do well with the reads, is the small discrete doses of food. With bigger cans, an open can either ends up going bad or all being eaten. This allows an easier control of consumption.

Had 2 that were busted but other than that it was good. I guess that’s to be expected dealing with shipping food products

My husband is diabetic and I am pre-diabetic. We love the Dole Mandarin orange bowl packs. They are low in sugar and carbs and taste great. As we are seniors with omewhat clumsy arthritic hands, we do wish that they still came in the little pull top cans as the plastic pull off tops on these are hard for us to get a hold of and end up spraying some of the juice on the counter and on us! Other than that, we are very happy with them and will buy again because they taste so good and fresh.

So by default I only buy no sugar added fruit cups and tend to pour out some of the "juice" even then...lol. Given that, the kids have tried all the varieties of Dole fruit cups and these are by far their favorite; I believe it's b/c mandarin oranges just tastes sweeter than pear or peach! Prices are about the same as grocery stores but I do find it convenient to get a 6-pack in bulk delivered to me. However, I will say that I have received a broken package on occasion and since I have a tendency to not open all the boxes immediately (b/c I have a large walk-in pantry) it is kind of a pain to call Amazon to get a refund...though Amazon has always taken care of the problem.
