Easy to take and they contain the recommended daily amount of B vitamins. This is preferable to me because I don't want to be taking amounts that exceed this every day.

Good price and product but the expiry date is usually 3 months and they are 3 months worth of pills so dont order early! Seem to work with no side effects! Taste fine

They certainly work for me.

Have been using Healthspan vitamins for over 10 years. Excellent brand thoroughly researched organic vitamins - used Chondromax for severe knee pain as played a lot of sports when younger. I was pain free after 18 months. Vitamin B supplement has the good effect on energy and supports my vegan diet . Highly recommend the Healthspan brand and they are very well priced
