I was not sure what to expect from this hardware kit as the price seemed too good! We were not disappointed. The hardware kit works well and looks great. We needed some extra parts and requested them from Skysen and we were totally impressed that they sent the parts immediately....we appreciated their excellent customer service! I would definitely recommend this hardward kit.

Definitely not calling it expert level. But when the instructions start out having you do the final stage first it maybe a setup for failure. No need to call in a senior contractor, but surely keep a life line open. Oh and tools… you know the kind that plug in and require attachments that come with instructions. Please don’t forget the drill bit they require that doesn’t come with any bundle of bits. And math… all the way to your 16ths of inches math. And for everything depending on this door NOT becoming an unsafe room trap Read the instructions completely. Other than that do it like I did and make a wood frame for a mirror door. If I can get back to this review when it’s done I will post a picture. I got excited, hung it, and had to take it down for staining. And I’m back… as you can see I got it up. I’m relatively pleased. Mirror frame (first one ever) presented an uneven issue but that has nothing to do with the barn door hardware. Although it had forgiveness with its very precision measurements of 16ths inches. If I could half star I’d take it away due to the order of the steps

I ordered the wrong size and this company was awesome to work with! So helpful and very patient. Let me return even way past the time frame. I would highly recommend this company. It was a great product too. Just wasn’t what I was needing. Spoke to company numerous times and was so helpful in helping me figure out exactly what was needed. Cannot say enough great things about this product and the company!! Would buy from them again!

I turned an ugly boring wooden door into a very cool barn door with this hardware kit and I love it. It was so easy to install with just some basic tools. It's been up for 6 months now with regular use and its holding up perfectly!

We widened the doorway and took out the old pocket door when we remodeled for handicap accessibility. This made it easy to add a door back that is also very easy to slide for my handicapped father.

The instructions was not the best. How the rails held together needs a better design. I had changed 8 screws and nuts that goes little plate,because they allowed movement in rail. After changing them and mounting to trim and and into drywall it work fine. The hardware looks nice, it works great, and does what it should.
