The payment was received from the buyer, so "received from" needs the buyer's name. The seller (you) should sign the receipt and print the name so that the name of the person who authorized the receipt is legible.

Is there room for a business stamp on the front of the receipt?

You probably could put a stamp on it, but you would be covering some of the boxes, like the space for number and the date.If you enlarge the photo you will probably see what I mean.
