How do i source refills for these items

No refills to be honest the pens were rubbish , I’ve ordered these twice and both times they have all broken

Is the blue ink light blue?

Each pen has 4 colours....red, green,black and royal blue inks. Hope this helps.

Can the retractable pens be personalised?

Yes there is room for some writing but I do have missed feelings as I have gone through 5 pens myself as keep breaking on the clip bit and may not be worth the money to do this .
