Just the mechanism to adjust the size alone is worthy of 5 stars but I love the lightweight material and the handy carry bag. Looking to get a few more for partner WODs

This jump rope is pretty cool compared to regular jump ropes. Growing up I used all types, thick rope, thin rope, the plastic rope and rubber ropes. They all worked ok, but the thicker the rope and the less it weighed, the slower you could spin it around and actually jump rope. For me, that meant more times that my feet hit the bottom of the rope. Like a lot of other things, the more screw ups the less momentum you get the quicker you end up stoping. This rope’s handles have a neat bearing end on it that can be adjusted to length. The rope itself it heavy, but slim with a protective plastic coating. This results in a free spinning fast jump rope. Not many product that I buy actually make be better right out of the box, this one does. Thank you.

There are tons jump rope styles to choose from but this one WINS! You have to look closely at comparing other kinds, but this actually has ball bearing ends near the handles which let it spin easier. Lots of people use these type of ropes for general interval trailing or crossfit, but I just wanted a solid rope to use for…get this….JUMPING ROPE! It’s not bulky and I have less hang ups or slip ups when using this rather than an older traditional rope. I almost bought one at Dicks, but the price was almost the same and it didn’t have the bearing ends. This is a far better deal.

This jump rope is very heavy duty for it’s compact size. It swings and “jumps” better than any other rope I have used because of the ball bearing ends. There are several ropes that look like this style, but don’t have the bearing ends. These really add a lot of value to my workouts because with less errors and hangups I can keep my momentum up. If you’ve jumped rope before you know what I’m talking about. When you keep having errors, it’s difficult to want to keep jumping. This rope helps eliminate those issues. It’s adjustable with simple hand turn screws and this allows my husband to use it too!
