Konjac Sponge (3 Pack) - Baby Bath Sponges for Babies and Sensitive Skin - for Face & Body

I originally bought them for myself, to replace my Clarisonic. I'm in my early 40s and in the past year or so, I seem to be more sensitive and can't handle my usual exfoliation (physical & chemical), so I thought I'd try a gentler method of exfoliation.I've been using the sponge every night and I think it's too gentle for my face. So I thought I'd try it on my 3 yr old, to help remove his zinc-based sunscreen. The heart-shape is perfect for going around his eyes and nose! Unlike with wash cloths, he dosn't complain when I take my time (those organic/natural baby sun blocks are not that easy to remove) - and you only need the tiniest amount of face wash, as the sponge helps to foam it up beautifully.I've taken to using it on my neck and chest to remove sunblock, and it works great without making a drippy mess. Still not sure about facial use.One very important note: they are delicate and you can't squeeze them - for both foaming and rinsing, press between your palms - otherwise you'll rip them like I did with the first one.There are other brands/companies out there but I will continue to purchase from The Beauty Shelf because they have EXCELLENT customer service. Thank you, Beth! You've really gone far and beyond - it really wasn't necessary, but I greatly appreciate it nonetheless.

I love these sponges. I hope I can always get these from Amazon. I searched for a long time to find a replacement for the scratchy puffs I had been using for years. I knew there had to be something better. The konjac sponges are amazing! These particular ones for babies/sensitive skin are a bath item I do not want to be without. So soft and soothing. My skin feels clean and soft. I have used one for over 2 weeks and by following the care instructions it still looks brand new. It is hard and small when dry, but after putting it in the bath water it is soft and slightly bigger within 40 seconds. I am not a baby, but I will definitely keep using these. A very good price too for 3 sponges that will probably last way longer than those scratchy puffs that loose shape in 2 weeks. I will purchase more of these in the future. The white ones are the only ones I am going to use because I prefer them to be free of any additives due to my skin sensitivities. I use them with 2 pumps of Dove body wash.

I couldn't believe how difficult it was to find a soft sponge for bathing my newborn. I bought these, and have used for the past 6 months. The first oval one lasted a few weeks, but tore when my baby's sharp nails cut into it when I was cleaning her hands. The heart one lasted 4-5 months before I thought it was time to retire. The last oval one lasted only 2 times total before it completely disintegrated; perhaps I could have been more careful with her nails when washing her hands, but disappointing nonetheless. A little expensive, but I will order again and get the pack with 3 hearts, hoping the heart ones are better.

I was very excited to be buying these because I have been using a washcloth to bathe my newborn and I wanted something better. The product comes in an adorable heart shaped box. It is very soft and nice to use but I gave 4 stars because whenever I wet it, it gets a little bit soapy as if there is soap already in it (even the very first time before I used any soap.) I would imagine these would feel great on my face too! But I'm iffy about the soap...

Unfortunately I was underwhelmed by these sponges. It's true that they are easy to hold, but nothing special about them. The string used to hold to your hand pulled out of one, and then the whole sponge quickly fell apart after that. A soft washcloth would do the same job. Especially considering these only last 2-3 months I did not think they were worth the money at all.UPDATE APRIL 4: Pegasus customer service noted my unsatisfactory review and responded immediately. They offered to replace or refund the sponges. It was very easy to work with their company and I appreciate the quick customer service.

I’m unsure about these sponges. I love that they are gentle, natural and easy to use, however I ordered these on July 30 and they are already falling apart after 24 days of use. Mind you, I was careful to follow the directions (rinsing, squeezing out excess water, and allowing to dry). For the amount of usage, and price I’m not sure if I’ll purchase again. I think a sea sponge would be a better investment.

Very good sponges! They are super soft once they soften in the water and lather very nicely! Just need to use a new sponge every 2-4 weeks because they start to turn yellow/pink cause of the mold that forms inside! Lasts a good 2 months since it’s 3 sponges! Overall great product, just watch for the yellow/pinkish color & use new sponge!

These sponges are awesome for babies, they're small and soft. Much nicer than using a wash cloth on your baby's soft skin. Beware to change the sponge every month or so because even after rinsing them throughly they'll get "moldy" (pink) from the humidity and soap overtime. Other than this, these are great. I'm buying again for my little one! Good value overall

I usually buy from Konjac, expensive, so I gave these a try. They are very small but fine for the face, I have not used them yet but they look the same as other Konjac sponges so I am sure they are just as good. No soap is needed and my skin is soft as can be!! Use organic olive oil on dry areas of the face after cleansing, works better than any creams.

This is too small to even use on a new born. I bought this because my little one will be arriving in few weeks time. I cant even use it on her. Waste of money
