This is a great tool to have, one that you didn't know how much you would use once you get it.The laser is bright enough for most indoor usages, not too helpful at night with the lights on or in daylight.The accuracy seems good, I do not have a great way to check with but most of what I have built seems as good as using any other traditional level or hand measurements.The packaging is nice, comes with a little carrying case, charger, spare batteries, alignment tool, and some adapters for mounting onto other fixtures.I only have a few issues, not really major concerns given the price but here goes...The charging cradle is finiky, there is a red and green light to tell you if the batteries are charging.I wasn't sure at first, and still forget which color means which.Also the color changes when the battery is properly inserted which is difficult to achieve.The sizes of the battery are non-standard, so you are stuck with their charging cradle and batteries, unless someone can point me in the direction of something else.Lastly, I bought a tripod to mount it to, but when I screw the tripod adapter to the unit, the pressure somehow causes the battery door to loosen and the unit wont turn on, my fix was a piece of tinfoil under the battery tray cover.

Item arrived with batteries that were not only not charged but dead and wouldn't take a charge. Instructions for use could be greatly improved. This is low priced for a reason but performance is ok so I'm not terribly disappointed with dead batteries. But do factor that possibly into account when you are comparing prices as the batteries are a bit pricey.

Bought this for my renovation project. Got straight walls and island dropdown lights that are perfectly aligned by using this. Also used this for wall picture frames. This is pretty accurate for its price. It gives off 3 laser beams, left to right, front to back and height, think of it like x y z axis. You can toggle on and off the beams so that you can have only x or x and y or all x y and z. My only complain is the battery charger which doesn't correctly display the status.

This laser is very helpful compare the ruler level, since I do not have ruler level I expend my money on this. I have use it to finishing my basement, flooring and more... the level is as describe functional with 360, horizonal, vertical. is came with 2 rechargeable battery for interchange but no charger, you can buy for couple bucks on ebay. bright green laser is great over red, very crispy. level will alam when out of level. I do recommend to buy a tripod for more easy to use on whatever the heights, need to be very staple or the out of range alam will beep. overall quality, cheap and great buy.

... which makes me concerned about the quality and durability of this product.Seller, can you replace even one set of the batteries with ones that will charge? Please let me know -- thanks!

The laser is good when its charged but the batteries don't last. The charger cable is with USB which is flimsy. One of my batteries already rusted while being stored in its bag. The part where you plug in the charge broke. There is no way I can use the charger. Now I have to look for one that charges these types of batteries.

I was impressed with this laser level, especially after comparing the premium brand of Bosch. I have been on market to purchase the $300 Bosch laser level but the price had kept me away. Then I found this on Amazon and decided to give this a try, since the return on Amazon is very easy. The quality of this laser level has blown me away. This came with a protective carrying case with 4 rechargeable batteries with 2 being the backup. The unit felts strongly made and durable, the laser lights are very bright, even visible till second story about 20 feet distance at outdoor.I already recommended this to several of my friends, they greatly appreciated what I have referred.

This laser level is a must for home improvement. I've used it for cabinets, countertops, framing and just about anything that requires some level of precision. It lasts many hours on a single charge. I accidentally damaged the battery door without much effort and it required a work around to get the laser to work again... I don't know just how rugged a laser level gets but I imagine at this price point you would be VERY unlikely to find a better option.
