These were going on a daily driver so I felt the normal rotors would be just fine. Overall
Just installed these rotors and pads along with the red caliper kit (S2584) on a 2007 Acura TL. I had used 4-5 sets of Power Stop rotors in the past, but most of them have been the slotted and drilled version. These were going on a daily driver so I felt the normal rotors would be just fine. Overall, the product looks good, was packaged well, and has low dust with the Z16 pads. I have use them before and never had issues with the pads. The kit is complete with everything you need including grease for the pads but it does not include the screws to hold the rotors onto the hubs. For those who want to replace the two nasty little screws, you will need to go buy a set.On Hondas and Acuras there are two very annoying screws that hold the rotors against the hubs during assembly. They are phillips head and about a 1/4 inch long. In my opinion, these are the most painful part of replacing rotors on a Honda/Acura. These screws can break or strip pretty easily. You need to use a hammer plus an impact screwdriver or chisel to rotate them. If that does't work you will need WD40 and a drill. Just a warning or heads up for anyone who hasn't worked on a Honda/Acura before. I have personally never seen these on any other manufacturer. I am sure the techs at the dealer have the magic touch to get them out each time but I had to drill out 2 of 4. They are made of soft metal so they drill out easily.Overall good product, good price, and low dust!

Clips Are Not Exact Correct Size
The clips that hold the brake pads in place on the caliper are wider than OEM. I they rub against the rotor which I didn’t know until I had completely reassembled both sides. Had to take back apart and file them down to stop the rubbing and screeching. The brakes work just fine, the rotors seem to be fine, but if you can reuse the clips you take off, i would hit them with some grease and throw them back on.

Perfect for 3rd gen base TL
These appear to be a perfect replacement for 3rd gen Acura TL base models. I replaced these on my 2006 TL and saved over $250 compared to the lowest available shop quote. The job did take me a couple hours including getting the car lifted and knocking out those seized up set screws.Changing brakes is one of the few jobs a shade tree mechanic can still do properly and it has a good ROI.To any haters who say their time is more valuable, unless you walked away from an opportunity to earn $250 on a Saturday morning, you are just making excuses.Regarding the set screws, I recommend buying replacements along with these brakes. Recall I paid $5. Unless you live in a dry climate, I almost guarantee these will be seized up and at least a couple will need to be drilled out and extracted. Replacing them is not critical, but I found it helpful when reinstalling the new rotors to have the screws to hold things flush.

Great brakes
I installed these on a 2010 Acura TSX. I cannot comment on longevity but they perform very well. There is also very little brake dust compared to my other pads and rotors. I do wish that I would have painted the outside and hat on the rotor before I installed them. They showed ugly rush in about 3 days after installation. So if you have nice wheels and care about that just giving you a heads up.
