I want the blue handle with the stainless blade instead of the black blade. how do i specify that when i order? i don't see that option

The blade does not come in black, only silver stainless steel. I think the lighting in the picture is just making it look darker.

Best knife I've used

Tried many knives and have also got the thicker white toadfish knife but the blade was too thick for scottish and English oyster, I work in a busy seafood restaurant that is famous for oysters, I open over 1000 a week and this knife has never failed me yet, I have also used this in competitions and its just great, 100% worth the money and 100% the best knife I've ever used
