Review: A great product if you are in need - These diapers were a blessing when my recently spayed dog became sick with stump pyrometra after her spay. Kept all the discharge inside and off my floor. That being said, I bought the extra large according to her weight but they still seemed a bit tight. The next size up was 20 pounds more than she is so I guess I had the right size. She could get them off by rubbing along the hallway wall if she really tried. I would absolutely buy them again. They were a God send. Review: Work well and can be taken on and off easily. - We have a Springer Spaniel that weighs between 42-44 pounds. We buy the L/XL and, although they seem big on parts of her, they are adjustable at the waist for a good fit. It is hard to find diapers in the pet stores, and the Walmart brand is less than useless. We hope she won't need these long term as we bought them to get her over bladder infection issues, but they do the job. They do not leak and do not fall off. We are also able to take them off for going outside and put the same diaper right back on afterward. The velcro-like tabs are very sturdy. ## Features - EXTRA LARGE DOG DIAPER PADS: This pack includes 30 extra large-sized dog diaper pads, suitable for dogs with a 22 to 37-inch waist; These pads are designed for female dogs in heat and provide a perfect fit for dogs needing protection during incontinence - ABSORBENT & LEAK-PROOF: The absorbent core in our dog diapers locks in all moisture, while the leak-proof barriers provide added mess prevention that’s guaranteed to work; with stretch waistband protection, your dog can move around freely while staying dry - ABSORBENT TAILHOLE: Our female dog diapers feature an absorbent tailhole that quickly locks in moisture and prevents leaks; the tailhole fits securely around your dog's tail, providing extra protection and absorbency for your four-legged friend - SECURE & ADJUSTABLE: Fur-friendly fasteners provide a secure fit, making these disposable dog diapers ideal for female dogs in heat or managing dog incontinence; The flexible design ensures a snug yet gentle fit, keeping your pup comfortable and protected - COMFORT AND CONFIDENCE: Your dog will be relaxed and mess-free with the superior mobility of these XXL disposable female dog diapers; the wetness indicator will tell you when to change them, ensuring that your dog is comfortable and dry ## Technical Specifications | Specification | Value | |---------------|-------| | ASIN | B07GL3HLX6 | | Best Sellers Rank | #558 in Pet Supplies ( See Top 100 in Pet Supplies ) #6 in Dog Diapers | | Brand | Simple Solution | | Brand Name | Simple Solution | | Closure Type | Hook & Loop | | Color | white | | Customer Reviews | 4.2 out of 5 stars 25,127 Reviews | | Dog Breed Size | Large | | Global Trade Identification Number | 00010279106624 | | Included Components | True Fit Disposable Dog Diapers for Female Dogs | | Item Type Name | True Fit Disposable Dog Diapers for Female Dogs | | Item Weight | 2 pounds | | Manufacturer | Simple Solution | | Material | Cotton | | Material Type | Cotton | | Product Care Instructions | Dispose after use | | Size | 30 Count | | Target Audience | dogs | | Target Species | Dog | | UPC | 010279106624 | | Unit Count | 30 Count | | Waist Size | 22 inches | ## Product Details - **Size:** 30 Count - **Target Audience:** dogs - **Brand:** Simple Solution - **Color:** white - **Material:** Cotton ## Images ![Simple Solution Female Dog Diapers, Disposable Dog Diapers, XXL, 30 Count - Image 1](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/81atinMHGVL.jpg) ## Available Options This product comes in different **Size, Style** options. ## Questions & Answers **Q: Which diaper is best for a fox terrier?** A: FYI I purchased M size for my fox terrier **Q: female black lab what size would she wear?** A: I use the XXL for my female black lab **Q: Whippet female: Has anyone tried these on a (30-pound or thereabouts) whippet bitch? What size did you try? Do these stay up and snug?** A: My Japanese spitz (16 lbs) medium diaper was slightly big at the waist but worked wonderful to catch her pee. I monitored after she drank water, to take her out to pee. If not, she might pee twice and might leak. Most times, it held, tried to take her out often, so she won't get urinal infection, she was diabetic, difficult time seeing her pee pad plus hard of hearing and urinating issues. The fastener is velcro and worked fine **Q: Do these have elastic on the leg holes?** A: Leg holes do not have elastic. Also, the tail hole on the xs is in the wrong place. Not sure about other sizes. I understand they are working on fixing this issue. ## Customer Reviews ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ A great product if you are in need *by D***. on March 24, 2026* These diapers were a blessing when my recently spayed dog became sick with stump pyrometra after her spay. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Work well and can be taken on and off easily. *by K***N on August 17, 2026* We have a Springer Spaniel that weighs between 42-44 pounds. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Works well for my 6lb tiny girl, just watch the sizing! *by H***R on September 14, 2026* These disposable diapers come in handy for my 6-pound dog during her heat cycle and help prevent accidents when I'm unable to take her out more frequently due to work. Finding anything small enough to fit a tiny breed can be tough, but these do a solid job overall. They are soft, appear to be comfortable, and the tail hole is placed well. The absorbency is great, and I haven't had a single leak onto my furniture or flooring. The convenience and fit of disposable diapers make these a better option than washable diapers. That said, because my girl is right at 6 lbs., the XS size is a tiny bit roomy on her waist but I'm able to overlap the tabs so she doesn't wiggle out of them. Pros • Absorbent: No issues with leaks. • Tabs: The adjustable tabs secure well and stay in place even if re-adjusting is needed. • Comfortable fit: The fitting around the waist, legs, and tail is soft and roomy without digging in while also preventing leaks. • Easy cleanup: Quick to peel off and toss in the trash. Cons • Sizing can gap: On a petite 6 lb. dog, the fit might feel slightly loose around a very small waistline. However, I found the sizing chart to be accurate. • Cost overtime: Being disposable, the cost adds up compared to washable cloth diapers but for those who want to avoid the hassle of washing, it's worth the price. Overall, highly recommend for convenience, just double-check the weight chart if your dog is on the lower end of the size bracket! I would rate it 5 stars if they fit a bit more snug. ## Frequently Bought Together - Simple Solution Disposable Dog Diapers, Female Dog Diapers, Puppy Potty Training, Incontinence and Heat Cycle Protection, Extra Large Diapers for Dogs, 22-37 Inch Waist, 30 Count - Paw Inspired X-Large Disposable Dog Diapers (20 Count) - Ultra Protection for Female Dogs in Heat, Incontinence, or Excitable Urination - wegreeco Christmas Washable Reusable Premium Dog Diapers, XX-Large, Bright Color, for Female Dog, Pack of 3,Small Dog Puppy & Doggy Diapers Female,Dog Period Panties Diapers Female in Heat --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.sk/products/125443899-simple-solution-female-dog-diapers-disposable-dog-diapers-xxl-30](https://www.desertcart.sk/products/125443899-simple-solution-female-dog-diapers-disposable-dog-diapers-xxl-30) --- *Product available on Desertcart Slovakia* *Store origin: SK* *Last updated: 2026-10-16*
