I've been using this Saw Palmetto PM everyday for about 7 months now, and it has helped specifically reduce my frequent trips to the bathroom to pee at night. I have been sleeping better (partly because of the melatonin), and I have to go less often. In the morning, I drive 1/2 hour to work and almost everyday I would have to go SO bad by the time I got to work even after going right before leaving the house. Now, I consistently do not have the urge to go on my way to work, and I'm also pleased with that. I will keep using this product for much time to come.

I checked the studies before buying. The actual studies (not pushing the products) showed zero benefit. However, I decided to give it a shot anyway to help with the GOTTA GO NOW! issues I was seeing (standard old guy stuff). Though miracles didn't happen, things did improve. I'm up less in the night--maybe once-- and I'm not doing that silly little mad scramble to get to the bathroom dance which was common before. No cure, but this product has definitely improved things. Studies say any benefit is all in my head...actual results seem to say it's a couple of feet lower. Oh--almost forgot an IMPORTANT NOTE. This stuff has 3 mg of melatonin in it too. It WILL make you slightly sleepy. I didn't initially notice and was taking a morning dose and couldn't figure out where being tired was coming from. Switched to evening and all is better. Just be aware and careful of dose timing.

Over all the product works well. I went from getting up multiple times a night to go to just once. The issue I encountered is one that only a few will. This product has a beta blocker and in some people like me, it will raise your blood pressure to unacceptable levels like 180/102. My normal pressure is 130/80. I monitored my pressure morning and night. It was high in the morning but as the day wears on and the product is gone from your body my pressure returned to my normal at night. How unfortunate this is for me as the product did do what it was supposed to do. Give me a good night's sleep
