Mtg cards are height 88mm and 63 mm width. Digimon cards are height 88mm and 64mm width. So maybe is the best answer I can give you. They fit snugly on most cards so buy one pack to test then get more if it works.

Can this be used for yugioh cards?

No this is for magic cards. There's another version for Yu-Gi-Oh cards. Look for the Japanese size version
