Suture material and forceps not easy to used. But other than that it’s a great kit.

I am a medical student and bought it to practice my suturing. It is a great starting kit and contains all the essentials. I like its affordability and the kit's various sutures and cuts. I've used it many times now, and it is still durable. However, I wish it came with a manual and videos, as I've needed to search for videos to help me practice proper form. Overall, I highly recommend this product. It will make a great gift for any healthcare student!

As a first year medical student, I was so excited to receive this kit! I have no experience with suturing at all, and so I needed something that was going to be basic and easy to use and understand. This kit lays it out pretty well, the skin pad is extremely durable and stays in place, so that you can practice very easily. It won’t shift around as you suture, which is something I found to be very great. The sutures are realistic, as I’ve seen 5-0 sutures before and they’re the real thing. I do feel like more should have came with the pack (sutures) but they are cheap and easy to find in healthcare settings. When you are done practicing, just cut out the sutures and reuse the skin pad! The tools are real, just like how you would them in real life. I can’t think of any negatives in this kit and am excited to improve upon my suturing skills.

Excellent for medical students! Good quality!

Includes everything you need to get comfortable suturing. The pad is good wuality, about like what we use in school. Comes with a carrying case and drawstring bag for easy storage and travel. Includes several different types of suture material. Just load up a tutorial video and get to suturing. Everything works great but they’re obviously not surgical durability. Great value for a newbie.

Received my order in an excellent condition. I’ve been using it to practice and the silicone pad feels realistic and suturing doesn’t leave a noticeable mark at the pad. Also really good amount of sutures.

Poor quality needle holder
