ENT recommended removing my 5 year olds tonsils and adenoids. Didn’t make sense to remove body parts without knowing why they were inflamed and blocking his airways. This book came across my view and opened up so many doors of discovery. Next book you should buy is About Face by Dr. Sheryl Pomerance. Also, look into Tooth Pillow for kids. incredibly effective and affordable tool (compared to private dental care) fixing the palette and airway size gently. . They use vivos appliance and package it in a way where your kid is excited to participate. Vivos appliance is the same that many airway dentist will recommend but at a much higher price. Tooth pillow gives parents that do not live close to an airway dentist the ability to receive amazing virtual care with many myofunctional options for the parents to choose from. This book and the exercises in it would pair very nicely.

This book is compact with information regarding adonoids, breathing techniques, dietary plans, testimonials, questions and answers. I have learnt so much about my son's adonoids from reading this book far more than any doctors or ENT have told me. The price is very Godly for such a compact informative book. I wish I could give it 10 STARS ********** I just did :)

This book is very helpful not only for children with enlarged adenoids and other respiratory problems but adults as well.
