Works well!
I officiate sports and my shirt comes untucked frequently. This belt works very well for keeping your shirt tucked in even during strenuous activity. I've used it about 10 times now and it's holding up well.

Easy to use and works very well
A belt for your shirt. Who would've thought, eh? After doing some research, I felt that this product would not just be the least intrusive for me but also one that I see working with the least effort. The other two options included the shirt-stays (the ones with the clips that pull your shirt down while clipping to your socks) and the little magnets. With the shirt-stays, the idea has obviously been tried and true. It really should work if you think about it. In fact, people have used them in various military and other functions from the beginning of time. The issue I along with many others have with this system is that it can be a hassle to use as well as it being dangerous to a point. With the magnet system, I like the idea but I can see how easy it can be for the magnets to detach. Losing them wouldn't be that much of an issue if they weren't so expensive. With the belt option, I feel that it is a good compromise between ease of use and functionality. So the big question is, does it work? After having used it 10+ times, I can confidently say that yes, it does.Pros: Ease of Use - This is just a glorified adjustable belt. There's nothing really special to it although the material might be a bit more special to better adjust clinging to your shirt. Once you adjust the size of the belt to your liking, you're done. You'll rarely have to readjust it. I haven't so far. Noticeabilty - I'm a slim guy and so my entire work pants collection are all slim-fit. I can proudly say that there is zero hint that you're actually wearing this belt behind your pants. There is no bulge where the belt head is located so at least from an external perspective, people won't know what's going on. Clean Look - My shirt maintains that semi-clean tucked in look throughout the day. I'm not an active person throughout the day though. I say "semi" because I feel that the belt method is still inferior to the shirt-stays. I have a co-worker who I swear uses the shirt-stays because his shirt is never out of shape throughout the day and you can actually see the shirt being pulled or stretched downward. However, the belt is good enough to my liking. Comfort - To be as effective as possible, the belt needs to be tightened a lot. Surprisingly, I don't find it uncomfortable at all. There will be many times when you'll forget you're even wearing it.Cons: Weirdness - Even after having worn the belt for more than ten times, I still find myself occasionally making sure that the belt is not showing above my pants. Although it never has since I'm checking it throughout the day by "pretending" to tuck my shirt in with my thumbs when I'm really feeling for the belt, I find that when I do my checks, the belt never gets even close to slipping out over my pants. What I do notice is that if you bend down or over a lot, this motion might actually help the belt slip through. Also, even if it doesn't show, a person looking might actually see the belt while you are bending. The Belt Itself - Choosing to wear the belt usually means that you've made a commitment to wear it from sunrise to sundown. If you need to untuck your shirt for whatever reason and you don't want people to know you have a belt for your shirt, you'll need to secretly remove the belt either in the men's room or elsewhere and then store it away. Restroom Breaks - Yes, this is a hassle when nature calls. I can't even imagine what shirt-stay users have to go through but for myself, I usually just remove the belt completely and hang it over the toilet paper dispenser if possible. Otherwise I just leave it resting on the ground. In the end, using the belt method is definitely a lot more effective than if you weren't using one. I HATE puffed out dress shirts with a passion and this belt method is the best compromise I can make. Yes, the majority of the cons I mentioned is due to me being a very self-conscience person but I can't help it. Wearing a second belt for your shirt beneath your pants is not what most would call normal and I hate the thought that someone will think I'm a freak or weirdo if they see it! But I'm glad I made the purchase. Maybe I'll graduate to the shirt-stays eventually but for now, this will do.

Rubber material does not last
Great product, fits well, easy to use and comfortable. The one major downside is that only after a few weeks of use, almost all of the sticky rubber to create tension is gone.
