Product was not what I expected , customer service made it right!
Craig frames are usually decent but this is trash!!! A few more dollars for wood and glass are worth it, avoid this Piece of crap!Edit : after leaving this review with a 2 star rating I was contacted by the seller and received a refund, and while I genuinely did not like my frame, I appreciate the awesome customer service. Thanks!

Perfect fit for framing a 20 by 20 inch puzzle! Packed amazing…no chance for damage. Frame black wood. Plexiglass looks great… like real glass, but lightweight. Made my framing project so easy! Will purchase again! Thanks for a great product! 😊

Gets the job done
Frame fits the print I bought for it perfectly. However, you get what you pay for. The frame is plastic and a little cheap. There is a plastic covering over the front which gives whatever you’re framing a dull matte look to it. I dislike this effect, but it will do until I can afford a nicer frame.

Cheap frame, looks decent enough
You definitely get what you pay for. It’s a cheap frame but if you just want to hang something light it’ll do the job. Nothing fancy but the black make it looks a little nicer.

I had an award to frame (humblebrag btw), and this mf frame rose to the occasion like Gandalf showing up to Helm’s Deep in The Two Towers. Majestic.If, like me, you’re an award winner whose wife says, “ahhh just put it in a folder somewhere,” don’t do that. Get this frame instead. And put your award in its rightful spot. On the wall above her side of the bed.

Great frames for the price
I had a lot of photos to hang and didn't want to pay a lot of money for frames, found these on Amazon and they were perfect. They are not flimsy, the photo is held tightly in the frame/ doesn't move, I was very happy with my purchase.
