a more brief reply as the original got lost. this machine works great. don't add ingredients with water. if you let chocolate cool in the peg hole, the grinding wheels will not settle properly. fill the hole with hot water to clean it out. its an easy fix. figured it out as I was reassembling it post cleaning and things just didn't seat properly. Not a defect. Just something to watch for. also, don't worry about scraping every last bit off the granite grinding stones, it only amounts to 30 grams for the entire assembly. have fun, I am!! waiting for my cocoa plants to grow and do the whole process at home. Food processors don't give you the smooth mouth feel

I used this machine one time. When I disassembled it per the instructions to clean it, one of the parts was no longer glued down. Upon inquiring for some sort of replacement, I was told that I needed to buy a new wheel. Do NOT buy this product. It is not guaranteed that it will work even one time. This is a rip off!

In less than 24 hours this machine produced creamy milk chocolate. I pre-ground the cacao nibs in a blender first for about 5 minutes to reduce the work load on the grinder. The machine was relatively quiet once the nibs were ground to a paste. The only issues I had was the machine shutdown 3 times during the process after about 15 hours, I'm assuming due to overheating which surprised me as the machine was only loaded with 1 kg of ingredients and operating in an air-conditioned room

The timer is in minutes, not hours. So is only up to 99 minutes, so I have to manually restart it 12+ times, annoying.

Right out of the box, everything went right. Good thing because there isnt an owners manual. They did provide a guide for making the chocolate. So i cleaned it, let everything dry, tyrned it on, added nibs, 5 hrs later added a little sugar and the next morning had our first batch of chocolate semi-sweet. Very pleased. Just a note. Took two months to ship, out of stock.

Used this twice so far to make chocolate and white chocolate. I really like it. Only down side, a small dent near top of container. I suppose it's to be expected for a used device. But it still works fine. I plan to experiment with some Indian recipes with this as well. But my main purpose is to make chocolate for the family.

I ordered this as a novice. The item I received was the rice grinder not wet grinder. I cancelled the order and tried to reorder, Luckily the store is near my home so I went there and got the proper one. The timer is only 99 minutes not hours, customer support is difficult to talk to. I made my first batch of 75% dark and followed the instructions in the video. I had to wake up a few times during the night to restart the machine, (it is quite enough to sleep). The chocolate was good but had an acidic back flavor. I then made my batch of Milk and after purchasing a gradiometer to test the viscosity it only took be 12 hours so no I am on my way to a successful venture. I think they should have a source to view more instructions for the beginners.

Este producto no funciona, el diseño esta muy mal, la cubierta de plastico no resiste el calor que genera el motor y se va torciendo, todo el cuerpo del aparato esta torcido despues de 4 usos y esto genera una desalineacion que provoca desgaste y ruido. El aparato no muele los nuggets de chocolate, tuvimos que ponerle pasta y apenas la refina un poquito. No cumple lo que promete a pesar de ser usado en un lugar bien ventilado y sobre una base firme. En el video se aprecia la desalineacion y la falla estructural claramente.
