Like your own bed in the backcountry! Our Doublewide Series eliminates the need to zip two bags together so there’s nothing keeping you apart from your cuddle bug in your tent, van, or wherever you need a super comfy bed. The much improved Dream Island 15 is insulated with FireLine Max synthetic; a 50% post-consumer recyled insulation with blended fibers that maximize a warm sleep experience. The Flex Pad Sleeve on the bottom makes connecting two pads or stretching around a doublewide pad easier and fast than ever while still allowing the soft shell fabric on top and cozy cotton/poly lining inside to drape like the comforter on your bed. So snuggle in for the night, this might be your best night's rest under the stars.

Would not recommend due to underside of bag
The sleeping bag has a lot of great features and is perfectly sized for two people with some extra room. That being said, there is what seems to be a major oversight in that the underside of the bag is essentially just a sheet. I imagine it’s this way to cut down on volume and weight, the issue is that it makes the bag very uncomfortable even with a 50” big Agnes sleeping pad. Another side effect of the virtually non-existent underside is that it’s extremely cold and I can’t see how this would possibly hold up to the 15° rating. The old dream island must have had a different design as I would definitely not recommend this bag unless you put down a heavy blanket between the bag and sleeping pad - which, if your car camping could be a possibility. But for a premium price and a size that you’re definitely not going to take into the back country anyway, I expected it to hold up much better on its own.

Great for those who like to turn when they sleep and super warm
Read so many reviews before buying because of the price. We made the investment because we went camping and the temperatures were forecast to go down into the 20s. We used our own mats to insulated the ground. We used a Mylar blanket as a first layer, 2 cheap foam mats from Walmart, and a camping self-inflating mat that we bought at Costco. We slept with 3 layers of clothes and hand warmers inside my double wool socks and gloves. We had a great sleep in our coldest camping adventure. The next night the temperature was in the low 30s and we had to go down to only one layer of clothes and slept amazing in this sleeping bag. If you can afford it, go for it. Also the design that wraps around the mat helps you stay ON the mat without sliding is perfect. I took one star off because the zipper sucks. It got stuck every time we tried to get in or out.

Wouldn't recommend due to underside of sleeping bag
Unless you have the insulated sleeping pad that fits perfect (costs hundreds of more dollars), I wouldn't recommend this

Camping for 2
Enough space that it didn't feel cramped with two people, but cozy enough to make for an enjoyable camping experience.

Not practical
Misleading. Needs a pad to use properly. It should come with a pad.

This bag is amazing for people who sleep wide
Amazing bag! I've had mine for years! It's true, there isn't any insulation on the bottom. But just put in on a twin size air mattress or two camping mattresses and it's amazing! I hate normal sleeping bags because there's no room to move. When I sleep I sprawl all over the place this is as big as my own bed. Need more warmth? Add blankets and/or a significant partner. Super great for outdoor intimacy.
