How many ml of liquid per leaf ?

3 sheets (75 leafs) is just under one cup liquid.

This might be a stupid question, but how do I get my coconut infused oil to mix and not just sit on top?

We use 1/4 cup coconut oil for about 50 gummy batch. Heat a pot on very low setting, and mix the water and coconut oil with a whisk for a minute, then add your gelatins and keep mixing for 5-10 mins with a whisk on low heat. Then use dropper to pour into molds while still the mix is still hot, keep stirring too periodically as you are pouring into molds so it doesn't sit
