Low Quality Material
Don't compare with Sharper image clock, its a really cheap plastic you may find in the 99 Cent store, its not a durable plastic.Its not a quality Clock Light and Cheap material.

Alarm not loud enough
Clock keeps good time. Alarm is NOT loud enough.

Adequate
This is a replacement for a beautiful leather covered Seth Thomas Travel Clock that was a graduation gift in 1965. The replacement clock reflects the price. It is battery operated & the battery cover would not snap back on once the battery was inserted. It is adequate in that it keeps time & the alarm works. For some reason, I expected it to be a wind up mechanism, but had a battery on hand. Don't drop it on a hard surface or the case will crack as it is really cheap plastic.

This Alarm clock ...
The Clock is small and easy to read but unable to read in the dark room. The alarm is loud ,and. It has a very faint ticking sound.The only thing is it doesn't have a button to press to read the time at night.

Vintage Product - Functions Poorly
This product is 2nd rate, the "chrome" is actually peeling and the alarm sound is not at all loud enough to wake a human. Also doesn't properly open, close, or rest properly in the triangular position. Would not recommend to purchase as an alarm, if you're only needing the clock face, then this would suffice.
