What is the measurement of the length of the cord?

About 8 feet. I use mine with an extension cord since the socket is a distance away from the table.

Does this item come with an "Australian" plug by chance?

No it doesn't. You'll need to get an adapter for NZ or Australian plugs.

Can you feel the heating wire in this pad with just a sheet over it?

No, I have never felt the wires. The warmer heats up quickly and can be time and temperature controlled.

Does it have an on/off button on the controller or do you need to unplug it to turn it off?

It has a timer button to switch on to a set time. If you need to turn it off before the time is up you hold the time button for a few secounds and it switches off.

Great quality and easy to use

The fabric feels like very nice quality. The timer works great. I usually do eight hours of massage a day and I don’t have to worry about going back to this timer because it has up to nine hours of constant heating. Easy to use and my clients enjoy the different heat settings it has. The cord length is perfect for having a table in the middle of the room.

Must have for bad backs and illnesses.

Why did you pick this product vs others?:Got one for a massage bed. Kids keep stealing it. Neighbors borrowed it and it never made it's way home. In laws needed one (dialysis and chemo) and still gush about it. Just need to have a backup for when the next one goes missing. It does get hot, so the timer is great.

Set to highest setting to get adequate warmth

Expected more heat range. Needs to be set on high to feel any warmth, probably due to the fleece cover and sheet we use. Very nice to have the soothing warmth to compensate for a cool room.

Cheap Cheap Cheap

I should have known better.After my nice heating pad died on me (5 years later) I decided to try a cheaper brand. Welp, you get what you pay for. The heating pad is very thin and the coils are pretty promenate. So when you lay on it you can feel them. I use this for my business. The insert for the electric plug is in an odd spot to where I would worry about my clients legs hitting it, ouch! I tried the heating setting and wasn't impressed. Overall, can't wait to fight traffic to return this item 😮‍💨 ended up buying my trusted brand.
