Great product. I did buy the cover as my previous electric tongue jack failed after a number of years due to too much moisture in motorized head. It is a bit slower than my last one, but works great! The customer service is phenomenal. I've had it over a year and the housing developed a large crack. Looks like impact damage. But, I can not figure out how that could have happened. My tailgate is too short to hit it. Anyway. I reached out to the company & although it did not appear to be a defect. They immediately sent me a new housing and switch for no charge. Thank you Utra Fab!

Husband's Review: Wife got this for Father's Day (I'm 77 and I think she doesn't want me to be worn out with the hand cranking). This is newer model than some of the reviews. Model 3502. Bought directly from Amazon Prime in case it needed to be returned. Came in original manufacturer's box (even with invoice from them to Amazon warehouse). Amazon put it in one of their boxes and it arrived unblemished. Instructions are fine: installation and maintenance and parts diagrams. Installed easily. I used my current long foot as my 20' travel trailer is pretty far from the ground. It comes with a very nice short foot for those not needing the extra lift. It worked nicely today. Will followup this review after this summer season of camping.

I chose this power tongue jack because it's the same make and model as the original that came on my 2007 Weekend Warrior. This jack is 99% the same as my original from back in 2007 and that's a good thing. Installation was easy and it works just like I expected. The landing foot is slightly larger than the original but that is a good thing.

I have purchased several of these jacks for my shaved ice trailers. They were all metal when O started now they have plastic casings. This last one I used twice & now it won’t work!! There is a short somewhere in it. Trying to return now.

Install went well and it works great. The hardest thing was getting the old rusty hand crank out. Here is what they don't tell you: You will need to buy ring terminals and butt connectors for the wiring process. Hint: Get the heat shrink type for additional waterproofing. Some reviews have said it was loud but this is quieter than some I have heard. Think I will make a Sunbrella fabric cover for the power head.

This was a replacement for a power jack that died while on vacation. I could raise the old jack but it would not lower without resorting to manual operation. The new jack fit the pre-drilled holes and was an easy installation.

Easy install and works great.
