If you don't understand why anyone would get up early on a sunday morning to go for a drive in their favorite car(s), then just skip this game. For those of us that who drive for the enjoyment of driving, who love all kinds of motored vehicles, who dream of having a garage of hundreds of vehicles from monster trucks to hypercars to motorbikes, who fantasize about driving around the country's iconic cities and landmarks in these vehicles (no road rules), this is the game for you. The game has a whole lot of vehicles, locations, races, mods, awards, buttons, etc. so there's a huge learning curve. but once you figured everything out, and tweeked your steering wheel controller, it is pure driving heaven. I drove a porsche cayman GT4, using the H-shifter, from the las vegas strip, through mountain roads, to laguna seca, and proceeded to lap the track a few times. (the trip between the cities was not to scale). I think i'll do it again in the corvette ZR1 or the Ferrari FXX. this game is more an arcade game, so it is not a true sim like Forza or gran tourismo. this game is just pure driving fun. oh, there's different events, tournaments, airplanes, boats, goals of getting followers and money and awards etc etc. but again, this game is for people that love to drive, with nowhere to go and nothing to achieve.
