A very light little seat which is so light that I didn't even know I had it on my back! On the other hand, when I need to sit down while walking my dog, it is just right. A bit small and a bit low, but just right for my purpose. I have a bottle of water and treats in the backpack, and when it gets colder I can always put a light blanket inside so I won't get cold. Very useful and good for the relatively low price. Can definitely recommend for people who are not too large and/or heavy!
