FIMCO 5151087 2.4 GPM 12 Volt High Performance (Hi Flo) Diaphragm Sprayer Pump 60 PSI Max 10 Amps Approved for use w/Roundup

Direct replacement on my old County Line sprayer from TSC. I suspect that the sprayer is a FimCo rebranded to County Line by Tractor Supply Co. but whether i is or not this pump fit it exactly right down to screw hole placement and manifold/hose quick connectors. It's about a 5 minute job to swap out the old pump for the new. When I'm done using the sprayer for the year I can just pop the pump off, plug the exposed lines and take it inside out of weather and freezing temps. The pump is good and strong with steady output. It ramps up to pressure very fast and stays there shutting off at peak pressure and kicking in when demand calls for more pressure. It loads up my spray nozzles fully and keeps them working at full capacity. So ... It does exactly what a pump should do. The pump came with everything I needed to swap out the old pump and some parts that are obviously for a different manifold. The electrical pigtail is wired in and connected, something that wasn't obvious in the item pictures and description. The price is decent, there are more expensive pumps to be had but I don't know if they're better quality or not. As for durability and longevity only time will tell. The pump operates reasonably quiet for a pump. Not that pump noise is really an issue on an outdoor implement like a sprayer but I can't hear it over the engine noise when I'm using it. This isn't necessarily a plus, if I could hear it I wouldn't have to keep turning around in my seat and looking back to see if the gauge is showing pressure and the pump is operating. It arrived very quickly and that was a big plus. Because of course I didn't realize my old pump had died until I had the sprayer loaded up and was ready to go t work. The sprayer didn't sit around full of mix long enough to hurt anything and I was able to get my spraying done without incident.

I go through 1 every 2 years. Homeowner. Spray the edges of drive, a few flowerbeds, and forest edge on a few acres. I spray maybe seven 25-gallon tanks of herbicide per year. I clean tank religiously after using. I like the pump. The install fits well. It's a little difficult to find the correct replacement, due to different numbers for same model, but once you find it, it fits / works fine. I'm happy with the product as and when it works. But could do better in the durability department. [ Update: It's April 2025. The one reviewed here was purchased in April 2023. This spring it was leaking as they do every 2 yrs or so. Had to replace Apr 2023 purchase in Apr 2025. It's a pattern, but not sure what other choices I have. ]

We use a standard fifteen gallon sprayer tank and wand to treat weedy wildlife plots and dormant spray apple trees. The original OEM pump stopped working year before last, so I looked around for a replacement unit. I was surprised to find very inexpensive spray pumps available for less than 30$...and so ordered one. At first, it seemed roughly equivalent to the OEM pump...but within hours I began having trouble priming the system. And, the cast of spray from the wand stick was not as far, nor as strong. Then, the bargain pump failed altogether. We wasted hours trying to get it to prime and spray. I went to Amazon, trying to find another replacement, and studying the specs. and reviews. I ordered this Fimco unit based on it's higher output, and 2 year warrenty, with a bevy of very positive reviews. On delivery, the Fimco 5151087 mounted easily, adapted to existing hoses easily, and primed very quickly. The new system started and stopped autumatically, based on sensed demand. And the spray cast was futher and more robust than ever. It now has worked perfectly applying herbicide to three wildlife plots without a hitch. Exact fit for tractor supply countyline pull behind sprayer. Easy to install with only 4 screws and 2 slide clips. All fittings were correct size and used same the slide clips. New pump installed in less than 5 minutes with only a phillips ready to spray.

I bought a weed sprayer from RK with this pump on it the pump motor quit within a month. Bought this pump from Amazon and the motor quit after the second use. Not a good quality product at all. I highly Do Not Recommend this pump.

Great little pump. Upgrade from a 2.1 gallon ten year old high flow gold series that was playing out. Direct bolt onto my tank and plug in for intake and output. Took less then 10 minutes to change. My wife uses my quad and this set up to water town flowers and it pumps water. I'm happy

This pumped worked great for about 30 minutes then stopped pumping. The motor kept running and it sounded fine, but it stopped pumping any fluid. I tried to connect with the seller to get a resolution to this problem and/or get a replacement, but there has been no response.

Just installed it and ran it for a few minutes, so far so good, comes with special fittings for the pump, luckily the barbed and the threaded end fit my application
