There are two little divots in two of my letters, the A and B. I thought that was odd. And the clasp has a small gap, which I'll probably close myself with some pliers. But for the price, how can anyone complain?Edit: I bought a second and will probably buy a 3rd. Both necklaces have only stayed shiny on the front and back though. Not on the top or bottom. Chain has changed color a little and is not as vibrant.

Worth the wait! Such a beautiful necklace it looks like it costs a couple hundred dollars. I wear it all the time even in the shower and it has yet to turn green. And even if it does shoot I’ll buy another one for that price!

Recieved my necklace in the mail today. I ordered one of the double name ones and both names were spelled correctly exactly the way I wanted it. I absolutely love it! It did take about a month to get to me but it was well worth the wait.

I did not like the look of the necklace after I received it, the look is cheap, on the site it looked elegant and worthy of my teenage daughter being proud to wear it. Their response to my request to return was: Resized or altered jewelry cannot be returned. I DON'T LIKE IT, there was nothing on the order that said anything about Resized or altered jewelry cannot be returned. This is horrible customer service. I will NEVER order from them again and now I am stuck with a necklace I do not like

I bought this necklace for my daughter who is just 7 and a half months old now. It is a great starter necklace as I figured if I paid a couple hundred for one she would soon outgrow it. It looks super cute on her (can't seem to get a good picture of her wearing it) and she doesn't seem to be pulling it on it either. The only thing is that it rolls up into her neck area especially when she naps but I just put it on her when we are going out now. I plan to buy one for myself now with both of my kids' names on it.

Excellent product. Wasn't expecting the quality but I'm very impressed and pleased with it. Was expecting something cheaply made for the price but was proved wrong. Material is great design was exactly what I asked for, ordered two. Would be ordering more from seller. Can't complain at all very pleased.
