CuddleUppets Yellow Dog

I bought this on a whim. It came up as a suggestion when ordering something else. My daughter is into the stuffies and the pillow pets, and this looked similar. I chose the dog because it was a few bucks cheaper than the other animals, which didn't make a whole lot of sense to me. Why is a purple monkey more costly than a yellow dog? Why is a blue elephant nearly twice the price? My four year old is into dogs anyway.So far, this product is a win. It is well-contructed, cute, brightly-colored, and different from her other blankets and toys. It is also very soft. The head is a puppet. The blanket has four paws and a cute little tail. The tongue hangs out of the mouth all the time, giving it a friendly and off-beat look, similar to my own dog. This is the perfect carseat companion, since she routinely wants to take a blanket and a stuffed animal. This is a lot less for me to carry back into the house at the end of the errand.I am very wary of As Seen on TV products, and though I've personally never seen the commercials for this, I am assuming it must be one of those. This has no moving parts or batteries, so there is less potential for it to fail after a handful of uses. If something happens such as stuffing bursting from the seams or threads coming undone, I'll update this. However, for now, I'm very pleased with this product and would recommend it.

I bought this and the monkey as Christmas Gifts for my 5 and 2 year old sons. I knew my 5 year old asked for it a REALLY long time ago thanks to the commericals and annoying song, but assumed he forgot about it. On Christmas morning he was so excited when he saw it under the tree that he stopped and cried before picking it up!It is really soft and seems well made. I know some reviews said the head was loose, but the two I got both seem to be put together well enough. It didn't come in the retail package from the store, just in a bag with tag on the ear. (I took it out of the bag and laid it over a few gifts.)

OK, I will admit that I was skeptical. I mean, how good can a product advertised on Saturday morning cartoons be? I will also admit I was wrong. This is much better than I expected. The blanket is much larger than I thought it would be, and much better fabric than I feared. The construction is actually very good, and I expect this toy to last a LONG time.Fortunately, they also seem to have changed the sad/creepy/sleepy eyes that everyone dispised. We bought three -- a ladybug, a unicorn, and this dog, and not a single under-eye bag in sight.My daughter couldn't be happier, and that makes me happy!

This is a fun, cuddly friend for any youngster. I purchased it for my 5 year old grandson. We recap his day via the "puppet" and when he is laughed out, he cuddles up and goes to sleep. What a great way to end the day. Well made and soft, I would highly recommend.

Their cute and fun but I've had to return two. They all have the same prob. They came with a hole in the neck. The stitching is really poor. My son started to ball when I had to return it the next day. Not what any parent needs.

This was a gift for a toddler. He really enjoyed it. It is cute and soft. But I'm leary about how it will wash up.

It was a money waster, it was way smaller than they made it look on the advertisements’, the quality was poor and it was not even a suitable size for a stuffed animal much less a 6 year old child. Save your Money!!!!!

I bought this for my 2 year old developmentally delayed niece, who loves her real life dog's ears and is always tugging on them. Her mom tells me she loves this gift, and sleeps with it every night. That is all I know, as they live far away. But I was there when she opened it, and it is soft, and warm and brightly colored.
